We've scooped the Commitment to Customer Service award in the Welsh Business Awards 2018.
We've been recognised for new initiatives that have been implemented over the last year to improve the service customers receive.
These changes have included new and easier ways to pay rent, changes to the way we carry out repairs, improved communication and the introduction of new tools for staff enabling them to provide a better service to customers really putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
The Welsh Business Awards recognise the very best from businesses across Wales. The awards celebrate success, excellence in best practice and the contribution Welsh businesses make to the wider community.
