FINAL DEMOLITION NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

That Valleys to Coast Housing Association intends to demolish numbers 12-60 evens (excluding 22) and 31-59 odds (excluding 35) Chelsea Avenue, Bridgend. The reasons for the intended demolition are to facilitate the redevelopment of the existing estate and possession of these dwellings is required for this to take place. The proposed demolition date is the 31st May 2013. The date when any final demolition notice or notices relating to the above premises will cease to be in force, unless extended or revoked under the Housing Act 1985 Schedule 5 paragraph 15, is the 31st May 2013.
The preserved right to buy will not arise in respect of the dwelling mentioned above or any dwelling contained in those premises. There may be a right to compensation under the Housing Act 1985 Section 138C in respect of certain expenditure incurred in respect of any existing claim to exercise the right to buy.
