Improvements Programme
We are continuing to invest in our properties and improve tenants’ homes.
The Main Improvement Programme covers the following works:
- New external windows and doors
- New kitchens with extract ventilation
- New bathrooms with showers and extract ventilation
- Electrical rewires where necessary
- Energy efficiency improvements (e.g. cavity wall insulation)
