In releasing the report Jeremy Colman, Auditor General for Wales, said

“Valleys to Coast Housing Association inherited poorly performing services when it was formed in 2003. Five years later I am pleased to report that there is evidence of improvement across almost all service areas, and my recommendations are intended to help the Association to improve further.”
