Applying for a home
This section gives advice and information on applying for housing to rent with us if you are a new customer as well as providing information to our current tenants who wish to consider a transfer or mutual exchange.
You will also find information here about how we may be able to assist you if you are looking to buy a home.
Please Note that anyone over the age of 16 may apply for a tenancy with Valleys to Coast. However, very high demand for most of our homes may mean that re-housing will be a lengthy process or we may not be able to offer you a home at all.
