Tackling Anti Social Behaviour

We believe that tenants and residents are entitled to live in well-managed homes and experience quiet enjoyment and feel safe in the community they live in.

We know that Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) can have a negative effect on peoples lives and are committed to taking clear steps to deal effectively with complaints of ASB.

Our Housing Officers are trained and experienced in helping tenants and residents to resolve ASB and we also work closely with other agencies to make sure that ASB is dealt with as quickly as possible.

When a complaint is received the complainant will be advised which Housing Officer (HO) will be dealing with the complaint and regular correspondence between the complainant and the HO is encouraged.
