WG Financial Viability Assessment

V2C’s financial strength given the all clear by the Welsh Government

The Welsh Government (WG) publishes an annual assessment of every Housing Association’s financial position.  In the assessment published 28th March 2013 V2C was awarded a pass – the highest judgement available.

This means that the Welsh Government believes our business plans to be reasonable with sufficient finances in place to deliver our promises to tenants.
