Repairs Reporting

How do I report a repair?

You can do so by either:

  1. Telephoning the Repairs Help Desk on 01656 727999.
  2. Logging onto our Repairs Reporting Online Service
  3. Visiting a Customer Services Advisor at V2C’s Nolton Court Offices.
  4. Reporting to any on-site V2C Officer.
  5. Faxing V2C on 01656 666531.
  6. E-Mailing V2C at repairs@v2c.org.uk.
  7. Sending a letter to V2C:

    Bridgend,
    CF31 1BE
