Opening hours: 9.00AM. - 5.00PM. Monday - Friday
The Customer Service Centre reception is staffed by suitably trained Customer Service Advisors (CSA’s) who provide advice and assistance to tenants, leaseholders and the general public on all aspects of V2C’s services.
The Customer Services advisors can usually deal with your requirements there and then or if you prefer they can make an appointment for you to speak to a Housing Officer either at the Customer Service Centre or at your home.
If you phone the Customer Service Centre we will do all we can to deal with your request at that time. However our Housing Officers are often out and about so if you need to speak to a Housing Officer it may be necessary for him/her to get back to you when they return to the office.
