As part of the stock transfer, Valleys to Coast acquired a portfolio of non-housing assets including a number of shops and other miscellaneous properties. V2C considers that the management of this property portfolio must underpin our mission of community regeneration in action.
V2C owns the freehold to 45 shops located on 12 sites in Bridgend County Borough and these shops perform a vital role as a retail hub at the heart of many communities.
Over the coming years V2C intends to improve the management of this portfolio and to develop and improve the properties themselves.
