Recruitment Policy

The purpose of V2C’s Recruitment Policy is to ensure that V2C has effective and fair recruitment practices to allow identification, assessment and selection of candidates for vacant positions. The policy states that:

V2C ensures that Job Descriptions and person Specifications do not contain any unnecessary or unjustifiable conditions and applications for existing vacancies are encouraged from all suitably qualified or experienced individuals. Selection decisions are based solely on objective criteria as to the ability of the candidate to perform the job and his/her suitability for the position. No candidate will receive less favourable treatment because of his/her race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, trade union membership, age or disability.
